Cliffdwellers is a small villa resort spectacularly sited on the Caribbean side of Nevis. It is conveniently located just three miles from the airport, and the same distance from the capital of Charlestown, a West Indian town of eighteenth-century charm and architectural interest.

Each villa has a verandah with sweeping water views and a bright, airy living room with a traditional West Indian cathedral ceiling and wooden louvered doors and windows. Some also have their own beautifully landscaped courtyards and pools. All are luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. If you wish, you may request to have your villa provisioned for your arrival. A hillside elevator, or "tram," makes access to the villas nestled on the hill convenient and unique.

At present, Cliffdwellers is undergoing substantial expansion. Several new villas are nearing completion, and will be available as villa rentals during the 2007/08 season. Construction has also begun on sixteen homes to be known as "Seaside at Cliffdwellers." Ten of these homes are clustered around Cliffdwellers' famous, and newly reconstructed pool, located but a few feet from the shore. Four are beachfront properties with their own pools, and two homes with separate guest cottages have lap pools. A restaurant, shops, tennis court and fitness center will complete this phase of the Cliffdwellers resort development. Watch this site for periodic updates on the status of the project."
